I found this vintage treasure at a local estate sale. It's a wooden photo frame complete with a picture of a younger Robert Taylor. He was famous for his leading man roles in the '30's and '40's.

It is most probably from the late '30's. Remember the days when photo frames were sold with studio actors pictures in them...I have taken this nostalgic frame and layered it with beautiful vintage rhinestone,

faux pearl and gemstone, enamelled and embossed, brooches, and earrings. This lovely vintage jewellry is from the '30's to '50's. I also decorated the frame with faux pearls, and golden beads from a

1930's vintage collar; and aurora borealis crystal beads from a 1940's bracelet. It has a pretty rhinestone accented guitar brooch, and vintage buttons, to give it a slightly whimsical look.

The back of the picture frame measures 6 1/4" high x 4 1/4" wide. It looks great with the picture of Robert Taylor, or you could put your own family photo inside. The 1930's rhinestone brooch
