Vintage 1940's Ladies Black Velvet Cocktail Hat Bow

Julie luvs to model vintage hats! This little nifty black velvet 1940's cocktail hat sits on the crown of the head, so it will fit most sizes. The total measurement of the inner ribbon band is 21" around.
The inside of the hat is 7" diameter. A soft brown colored bow accents the front. Under the bow are the remnants of a brown feather; I thought I should mention that for accuracy's sake.
Its' streamlined style would make it an excellent accessory to a modern day outfit!
